(Senior/Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager)
 
OBJECTIVE:
  • Exciting role delivering our modern insurance cloud solution to our clients. 
  • Looking for flexible individuals to work with our clients and manage:
  • Customer relationship, Project Scope, Requirements and System Configuration
 
KEY WORDS:
  • Business Analyst, Project Management experience
  • Agile project implementation
  • Property & Casualty OR Life & Health Insurance:
    • Insurance back-office operations (policy lifecycle):
      • Customer Management, Quote / Issue Process, Billing and Premium Management, Agent/Broker Management & Commissions, Claims
  • Model & configure insurance products: product data, rates, underwriting / workflow rules, billing rules, forms, reports and claims
  • Engaging directly with customer subject matter experts
  • Ability to travel, mostly domestic plus some international (25% - 50%)
