  • Develop Cost Benefit Analysis Reports for COMPANY and for Distribution Partners
  • Develop and Workshops for Customers to perform gap analysis and requirements mapping related to Programs
  • Participate in the management of COMPANY Programs with Distribution Partners
  • Participate in designing and documenting new features and feature enhancements for the COMPANY Platform
  • Develop Cost Benefit Analysis Reports for COMPANY and for Distribution Partners. Analyze implementation options to meet strategic business needs, including pros/cons of options and provide recommendations
  • Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and maximize the client’s investment in COMPANY software and services
  • Support Sales in Presales activities such as briefings, presentations, and proposals
  • Create proposals to Distribution Partners based on change requests
  • Consult on insurance related topics inclusive of various products, coverages and carriers
  • Develop requirements in collaboration with customers using multiple methods including: interviews, document analysis, meetings, surveys, site visits, ride-alongs, business process descriptions, use cases, user stories, epics, scenarios, business analysis, data mapping documents, task and workflow analysis. Critically review all requests to determine viability, alternatives, value to the client and COMPANY
  • Create the following written deliverables: Workshop Material, Checklists, Business & Functional Requirements, Storyboards, Process Flows, Use Cases, User Stories, Epics, Screen Designs & Behavior, Mockups, Systems Integration Interface designs, Mapping Documents, Training & Operations Guides, Estimates, Software Release Notes, Status Reporting, and Project Summaries
  • Support Quality Assurance Activities
  • Manage concurrent releases through coordination with Distribution Partners and COMPANY teams to determine content, prioritization of items
  • Coordinate actions between all stakeholders:  customers/partners, other business analysts, development teams, quality teams, management, production support, COMPANY agency
  • Train customers and team members using knowledge transfer sessions, workshops and customer engagement from project initiation to running to production handover
  • Write COMPANY Blog posts for internal and external use
  • Maintain or exceed targets for billable time executed on Distribution Partner Projects
  • On Site Distribution Partner Workshops
  • New revenue and new projects related to Distribution Partner Projects
  • Features and Feature enhancements proposals to the Product team
  • Enhancement to consulting deliverables such as Workshops and CBA
  • Customer Satisfaction of Distribution Partner
  • Mentorship of other COMPANY resources across the company

  • Driving Innovate/Agility Understand a problem at hand and the technology capability to quickly provide novel alternatives to exceed the needs of the customer. Marshall resources to apply new thinking to meet or exceed articulated requirements
  • Conceptual Modeling – Provide a drawing or written communication communicating the concept both from a technical and business point of view
  • Communicating Risk – Assess risks to the business value of the solution and communicate the true impact of the risk on the business, technology, or strategy
  • Communicating Details and Concepts – Translate requirements provided at various levels of detail, desperate sources and combine into an overall solution to be communicated to audiences ranging from QA to sr. business executives. Prepare and deliver presentation and reports  
  • Harnessing CuriosityUnderstand how processes works, investigate root cause of issues and engage the appropriate resources internally or externally to develop solutions
  • Critical Thinking and Decomposing the Abstract into DetailsDecompose large, ambiguous and abstract data into manageable information based on perceived patterns and views
  • Building Customer Centered Rapport – Building a rapport with the client members to earn their trust to have their best interests over riding the company’s interest in every decision made
  • Managing Change Understand how changes impact the stakeholders operations, processes, attitudes and behaviors. Empathize with the customer and other stakeholders. Plan and communicate changes and develop scenarios for adoption
  • Mentoring and Coaching  Providing coaching for any member of the team to improve their skill sets and behaviors 
  • Facilitating for results  Ability to effectively run multi-site meetings with varied teams
