  • Develop Cost Benefit Analysis Reports for COMPANY and for Distribution Partners
  • Develop and Workshops for Customers to perform gap analysis and requirements mapping related to Programs
  • Participate in the management of COMPANY Programs with Distribution Partners
  • Participate in designing and documenting new features and feature enhancements for the COMPANY Platform
  • Develop Cost Benefit Analysis Reports for COMPANY and for Distribution Partners. Analyze implementation options to meet strategic business needs, including pros/cons of options and provide recommendations
  • Manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and maximize the client’s investment in COMPANY software and services
  • Support Sales in Presales activities such as briefings, presentations, and proposals
  • Create proposals to Distribution Partners based on change requests
  • Consult on insurance related topics inclusive of various products, coverages and carriers
  • Develop requirements in collaboration with customers using multiple methods including: interviews, document analysis, meetings, surveys, site visits, ride-alongs, business process descriptions, use cases, user stories, epics, scenarios, business analysis, data mapping documents, task and workflow analysis. Critically review all requests to determine viability, alternatives, value to the client and COMPANY
  • Create the following written deliverables: Workshop Material, Checklists, Business & Functional Requirements, Storyboards, Process Flows, Use Cases, User Stories, Epics, Screen Designs & Behavior, Mockups, Systems Integration Interface designs, Mapping Documents, Training & Operations Guides, Estimates, Software Release Notes, Status Reporting, and Project Summaries
  • Support Quality Assurance Activities
  • Manage concurrent releases through coordination with Distribution Partners and COMPANY teams to determine content, prioritization of items
  • Coordinate actions between all stakeholders:  customers/partners, other business analysts, development teams, quality teams, management, production support, COMPANY agency
  • Train customers and team members using knowledge transfer sessions, workshops and customer engagement from project initiation to running to production handover
  • Write COMPANY Blog posts for internal and external use
